1 lb ground turkey
¾ C spaghetti sauce
¼ C mozzarella cheese, part-skim
½ C green peppers, chopped
¼ C onion, minced
- Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate
with vegetable oil. Pat turkey into
pie plate.
- Place turkey in oven preheated to
350°F; bake until turkey no longer
remains pink, about 20 to 25
minutes.
- Top baked turkey with spaghetti
sauce, cheese and vegetables.
- Return turkey to oven and heat
until cheese is melted, about
2 to 4 minutes.
