his medical degree
from Kasturba
Medical College,
Manipal, India. He
completed a residency at
East Tennessee State University,
Johnson City, and two fellowships --
one for cardiology at the University of
Alabama at Birmingham, and another
in interventional cardiology at the
University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City.
He is certified by the American Board
of Internal Medicine, with a subspecialty
